F.C.C. Co., Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the quarter, the company reported revenue was ¥38,425 million against ¥18,700 million a year ago. Operating profit was ¥2,852 million against loss of ¥3,364 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of parent was ¥2,338 million against loss of ¥1,921 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was ¥47.06 against loss per share was ¥38.66 a year ago.
F.C.C. Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of two-wheeled vehicle clutches and four-wheeled vehicle clutches. The Company operates through two business segments. The Four-wheeler Clutch segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of clutch products for automatic vehicles and manual vehicles. The Two-wheeler Clutch segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of clutch products for motorcycles, scooters, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and general-purpose machine clutches, as well as other parts and components for two-wheeler and four-wheeler products.
