regarding: presenting a report on the results of the assessment of the below listed documents to the Annual General Meeting of FABRYKI MEBLI "FORTE" S.A for its approval:
financial statements of FABRYKI MEBLI "FORTE" S.A. for the financial year from 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2023,
consolidated financial statements of the FABRYKI MEBLI "FORTE" S.A.
Group for the financial year from 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2023,
Management Report of the FABRYKI MEBLI "FORTE" S.A. Group for the financial year from 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2023, including the Management Report of FABRYKI MEBLI "FORTE" S.A. for the financial year from 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2023,
Management Board's proposal regarding coverage of net loss of FABRYKI MEBLI "FORTE" S.A. for the financial year from 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2023.

The Supervisory Board of FABRYKI MEBLI "FORTE" S.A. based in Ostrów Mazowiecka, acting on the basis of Article 382(3) of the Code of Commercial Companies, having regard to resolution no. 11/2023 of the Supervisory Board dated 23 June 2023, containing an assessment of:
Management Report of the FABRYKI MEBLI "FORTE" S.A. Group for the financial year from 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2023, including the Management Report of FABRYKI MEBLI "FORTE" S.A. for the financial year from 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2023,
financial statements of FABRYKI MEBLI "FORTE" S.A. for the financial year from 1 January
2022 to 31 March 2023,
consolidated financial statements of the FABRYKI MEBLI "FORTE" S.A. Group for the
financial year from 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2023, and taking into account:
resolution no. 21/2023 of the Supervisory Board dated 9 August 2023 regarding coverage of net loss of FABRYKI MEBLI "FORTE" S.A. for the financial year from 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2023,
independent auditor's report on the audit of the annual separate financial statements of FABRYKI MEBLI "FORTE" S.A. for the financial year ended 31 March 2023, prepared by MAZARS AUDYT Sp. z o. o.,
independent auditor's report on the audit of the annual consolidated financial statements of the FABRYKI MEBLI "FORTE" S.A. Group for the financial year ended 31 March 2023, prepared by MAZARS AUDYT Sp. z o. o.
resolves that the Supervisory Board's report on the assessment of documents listed in items a), b),
and the Management Board's proposal specified in item d) above, may be presented to the Annual General Meeting of FABRYKI MEBLI "FORTE" S.A. for its approval.

The resolution comes into force upon its adoption.
