Falck Renewables S.p.A. entered into an agreement to acquire 49.88 MW Solar Plant in Spain from Everwood Fotovoltaica IV FCR managed by Everwood Capital S.G.E.I.C., S.A. for approximately €22 million.

Falck Renewables S.p.A. (BIT:FKR) entered into an agreement to acquire 49.88 MW Solar Plant in Spain from Everwood Fotovoltaica IV FCR managed by Everwood Capital S.G.E.I.C., S.A. for approximately €22 million on March 29, 2021. The consideration of approximately €22 million, plus the assumption of the residual debt of the project, financed entirely with own financial resources and subject to adjustments within five months after closing. The transaction is subject to Banco Sabadell's authorization to the taking over of the facility by Falck Renewables and completion is expected in April 2021.
