Far East Holdings Berhad entered into a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire Merchong Palm Oil Mill Sdn. Bhd. from Endau Palm Oil Mills Sdn Bhd, Insan Sejagat Sdn.
Bhd., and Rangkaian Delima Plantation Sdn. Bhd. for MYR 10 million on February 28, 2024.
The Consideration will be funded from internally generated funds of FEHB. The deal is expected to be completed by third quarter of 2024.
