FURTHER UPDATE ON ADJUORNMENT OF

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement (the "Announcement") of FDG Kinetic Limited (Receivers and Managers Appointed) (the "Company") dated 6 April 2021. Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings ascribed in the Announcement.

The Company was informed by Mr. Wong Siu Hung, Patrick ("Mr. Wong") on 22 April 2021 that there was an omission in his biographic details disclosed in the Announcement. Mr. Wong informed the Company that he has been an independent non-executive director of Crown International Corporation Limited (Stock Code: 727) since 3 March 2021 and such information was omitted in his biographic details disclosed in the Announcement.

As stated in the Announcement, the contents of the biographical details of each of the Sinopoly Nominated Candidates were provided by Sinopoly and the Board has not independently verified the accuracy of any of those details.
