UPDATE ON ADJOURNMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Reference is made to the notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") of FDG Kinetic Limited (Receivers and Managers Appointed) (the "Company") dated 29 December 2020 (the "Notice of AGM") and the announcement (the "Announcement") of the Company dated 16 March 2021. Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings ascribed in the Notice of AGM or the Announcement.

The Board wishes to inform the shareholders and potential investors of the Company that pursuant to an order of the Bermuda Court made on 15 March 2021 (Bermuda time), the AGM held at 11:00 a.m. on 17 March 2021 (Hong Kong time) was adjourned until further orders by the Bermuda Court. The Company shall make further announcement(s) regarding the AGM once the Bermuda Court has made the order on the adjourned date of the AGM.
