LLC Avitrans decreases its stake in RusHydro 
 
PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that it has received a notification from the LLC 
Avitrans (hereinto - shareholder), confirming that shareholder has decreased its share in the Company via sell of an 
interest in the Company. 
As of February 17, 2021, the shareholder held 21,761,981,466 shares in PJSC RusHydro, representing 4.954% of the share 
capital and voting rights in the Company. The Shareholder previously held 5.013% stake in PJSC RusHydro or 
22,023,683,466 shares.
