Fideicomiso Hipotecario announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2019. For the third quarter, the company announced total revenue was MXN 286.859 million compared to MXN 352.914 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 158.101 million compared to MXN 227.699 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was MXN 0.416 compared to MXN 0.549 a year ago. For the nine months, total revenue was MXN 922.549 million compared to MXN 1,077.872 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 535.147 million compared to MXN 708.802 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was MXN 1.409 compared to MXN 1.71 a year ago.

The Company specializes in the residential Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) activities. It is involved in acquiring, originating, co-participating and managing mortgage portfolios in Mexico through Fideicomiso Hipotecario (FHipo).
