Fiesta Restaurant Group, Inc. announced that Mr. Daraviras voluntarily resigned from the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee effective June 8, 2022. His committee membership resignation has no effect on his ongoing service as a member of the Board and he continues to be a nominee for election to the Board at the Annual Meeting.
