Reference: FSS.CS 42/2022 Re: Notification on the Resignation and Appointment of Directors

Reference is made to the resolution of the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 8/2022, held on 14 June 2022, of Finansia Syrus Securities Public Company Limited ("Company"), to approve the appointment of Mr. Seksan Chunhasereechai, to replace of the resigned director, Ms. Kanchana Vongratanakulthon, effective when the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") considered and approved the request form to approve the director of securities companies and derivatives business operators and when the Company has completed the registration of director with the Ministry of Commerce.

The Company would like to inform that the Company completed the registration of director with the Ministry of Commerce and the appointment of Mr. Seksan Chunhasereechai shall be effective from 1 July 2022 onwards.
