Vorapak Tanyawong and Chuangchai Nawongs cancelled the acquisition of70.71% stake in Finansia Syrus Securities Public Company Limited.

Vorapak Tanyawong and Chuangchai Nawongs made an offer to acquire remaining 70.71% stake in Finansia Syrus Securities Public Company Limited (SET:FSS) for THB 1.7 billion on December 17, 2021. Pre acquisition Offeror currently holds 170,269,978 ordinary shares or 29.29% of Finansia Syrus Securities Public Company Limited. The tender offer period is a total of 25 business days from December 21 2021 to January 27, 2022. The Meeting of the Board of Directors of Finansia Syrus Securities held on January 4, 2022, unanimously resolved to recommend the shareholders to reject the Tender Offer. The board believes e tender offer price of THB 4.07 per share is lower than the fair price. Capital Advantage Company Limited is the tender offer preparer.
