Findel appoints Elaine O'Donnell as a non-executive director

Eric Tracey to step down following 9 years' service

Findel, the online value retail and education business, is pleased to announce the appointment of Elaine O'Donnell as an independent non-executive Director. She will join the Board on 1st February 2018 and will be a member of the Audit, Remuneration, Risk and Nomination Committees.

Findel also announces that Eric Tracey will retire from the Board at the conclusion of the 2018 AGM, following 9 years of service. It is intended that Elaine O'Donnell will take over the chair of the Audit Committee at that time.

Elaine is a former Partner at EY with over 20 years' experience operating in a senior advisory capacity across a range of industry sectors and situations. She is currently a non-executive director, chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees and a member of the Audit Committee at Games Workshop Group plc, and a non-executive director at MSIF, a not for profit organisation offering business funding in the North West. Elaine was also formerly a non-executive Director at The Manufacturing Institute, a charity focused on promoting and improving manufacturing in the UK.

BIOGRAPHICAL DETAILS

Elaine O'Donnell qualified as an accountant with Price Waterhouse and worked in audit and business advisory. In 1997 Elaine moved to Ernst & Young and progressed from Senior Executive to Assistant Director to Director, M&A and in 2005 was made up to Partner, M&A. She left E&Y in 2012 and has since developed a portfolio of non-executive roles. Her current roles are at Games Workshop Group plc and MSIF (a not for profit organisation offering business funding in the North West of England). Previously Elaine was also a non-executive at The Manufacturing Institute (a charity focused on promoting and improving manufacturing in the UK).

The Company confirms that there is no further information about Elaine O'Donnell requiring disclosure under paragraph 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
