DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

Reference is made to the announcement of Fineland Real Estate Services Group Limited (the ''Company'') dated 3 September 2020 (the ''Announcement'') in relation to the Renewal Master Agency Service Agreement entered into between the Company and Fineland Group Holdings. Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

As stated in the Announcement, a circular (the ''Circular'') containing, among other things,

1. details of the Renewal Master Agency Service Agreements, the transactions contemplated thereunder and the Proposed Annual Caps; (ii) a letter of recommendation from the Independent Board Committee; (iii) a letter of advice from the Independent Financial Adviser; and (iv) a notice to convene the EGM will be despatched to the Independent Shareholders on or before 24 September 2020.

As additional time is required to finalise certain information for inclusion in the Circular, it is expected that the date of despatch of the Circular will be postponed to a date no later than 6 October 2020.
