Vincenzo Battista resigns as honorary chairman of Finlogic

(Alliance News) - FINLOGIC Spa announced Wednesday that Vincenzo Battista has resigned as honorary chairman of

Finlogic, due to unforeseen professional commitments.

The resignation will take effect at the close of the Finlogic Shareholders' Meeting convened for April 27.

Vincenzo Battista is majority shareholder as well as Sole Director and legal representative of BF Capital Srl, holder of a total of 4.5 million Finlogic S.p.A. shares, equal to 61.625 percent, of the share capital and majority shareholder of Italcode Srl holder of 200,000 Finlogic S.p.A. shares, equal to 2.723 percent.

Finlogic closed Wednesday's session flat at EUR11.95 per share

Finlogic SpA is an Italy-based company engaged in the commercial printing services industry. The Company is active in the labeling production. It focuses in the production of thermal transfer ribbons and labels working with the brand names. In addition, it is the distributor of printers under brand name SATO in the domestic market and provider of the bar codes, such as printers, terminals and bar code scanners.
