The Modaraba has declared the Closed Period from 21 st October 2023 to 2711 1 October 2023 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.l(d) of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the Certificate of the Modaraba in any manner during the Closed Period.
