On March 24, 2014, the board of directors of First Physicians Capital Group, Inc. appointed Adrian B. Reeder to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective April 10, 2014, to serve until his successor is duly appointed and qualified or until his earlier resignation or removal. Since 2013, Mr. Reeder served as a senior consultant for now CFO, a professional services firm providing outsourced CFO services.
