Fitzroy River Corporation Limited (ASX: FZR) (Fitzroy or the Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Cameron Manifold as a non-executive director of the Company effective from today.

Cameron Manifold is an oil and gas industry professional with over 35 years Industry experience who has worked in a wide range of regions and sectors. Cameron has established and run successful consultancies and E&P Companies and is currently Operations and HSE Director for Spark Exploration, a private E&P company with interests West of Shetland in the North Sea. Cameron has previously served as non-executive Director for Zeta Petroleum. More recently Cameron was Well Engineering Manager for Buru Energy Limited and for Dampier Bunbury Pipeline (now AGIG) on the Tubridgi gas storage project.

Following Mr Manifold's appointment, Justin Clyne will retire as a director also effective from today however will remain in the role of Company Secretary.
