Board and Management Changes

In accordance with the company's previously announced strategy regarding board and executive composition, Fleetwood Corporation Limited ("Fleetwood") advises the following:

Resignation ‐ Greg Tate

After serving as a director of Fleetwood since 1987, Greg has advised that he would not be seeking re‐election to the Board at the company's annual general meeting in November, and therefore to facilitate an orderly transition has tendered his resignation effective 30 June 2017.

Greg joined the board as a founding non‐executive director of Fleetwood in 1987, and was appointed Managing Director in 1990, a role he held until 2007. He relinquished the role to become Executive Director Operations until 2010 and since then has remained as a non‐executive director of the company.

Managing Director Brad Denison said, "Greg has been instrumental in Fleetwood's history as a listed company. Greg managed the company through a period of significant growth and leaves the board at a time when the company is part way through a successful turnaround program."

The Board of Directors take this opportunity to thank Greg and to acknowledge his contribution to Fleetwood.

Chief Financial Officer

Fleetwood is pleased to announce that Andrew Wackett has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer and will commence on 12 June 2017.

During the past 20 years Andrew has been Division Director for Macquarie Securities Group. During his tenure with Macquarie Andrew gained significant commercial experience with large Australian and international listed entities, developed an in depth knowledge of corporate governance, and statutory financial requirements, and has proven financial and leadership skills in guiding business, departments and teams in the formulation and execution of financial strategies.

Prior to working at Macquarie, Andrew was a senior accountant at Wesfarmers.

Brad Denison said, "we are excited to welcome Andrew to the Fleetwood team, and look forward to continuing the company turnaround program with Andrew on board."
