3D MakerJet Asia, Ltd. (3D MakerJet) acquired 3D MakerJet, Inc. (3D) from Market Milestones, Inc. and other shareholders on November 5, 2014. As a part of consideration, 3D issued its 26 million shares to Jason Zeng, owner of 3D MakerJet. 3D intends to carry on the business of 3D MakerJet, as its primary line of business and has relocated its principal executive offices to 4303 Vineland Rd. F2, Orlando, Florida 32811. The transaction has been approved by shareholders and Board of Directors of 3D and 3D MakerJet. Upon the closing of the Exchange, Eric Forward has been appointed as a Director of surviving entity. The transaction is expected to complete no later than November 30, 2014.
