Barclays In Talks To Sell Its Stake In Zimbabwe bank To First Merchant Bank

Barclays PLC (LSE:BARC) is in exclusive talks to sell its 56% stake in Barclays Bank of Zimbabwe Limited (ZMSE:BARC) to First Merchant Bank Limited (MAL:FMB). Barclays previously said it was looking to sell the stake as part of a broader exit from Africa.
