domestic unsecured convertible corporate bonds for the 2nd time.

Bond holders may exercise the sell-back rights from 2022/7/29 to 2022/9/6.
(1)Bond holders may notice the Company's stock affairs agent,Stock Affairs
Department, Taishin Securities Co., Ltd. based on the written notice and
request the Company to redeem at face value of these bonds by cash.
(2)Record date of the bond sell-back：2022/9/6
(3)The period of the holders exercise the sell-back rights based on the
written notice：2022/7/29~2022/9/6
(4)The Company's stock affairs agent：Stock Affairs Department,
Taishin Securities Co., Ltd.
(5)The bonds adopt non-physical issuance. Bond holders who intend to exercise
the sell-back rights shall apply to their securities firm from the previous
business day (i.e. 2022/7/28) of starting date(2022/7/29) to the previous
business day (i.e.2022/9/5) of due date(2022/9/6).
7.Any other matters that need to be specified:
The Company will wire the sell-back payments after deducting the remittance
fee to the bank account of bond holders within five working days after the
record date(It is scheduled to be 2022/9/14).
