Notice of Launch of "Medium-Term Management Plan 24-26"

Focus Systems Corporation ("the Company") hereby announces as follows that it has established its Medium- Term Management Plan for the period covering the three fiscal years starting from the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024 to the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, which aims to achieve "Growth Investment," "Increased Profitability," and "Enhanced Allocation of Profits to Employees, Shareholders, etc.," under the theme "Strengthen the Cycle of Growth/Profit/Return."
