Subject: To notify the end of the Share Resale Program for Financial Management Purpose

Referring to Fortune Parts Industry Public Company Limited (FPI) ("the Company") notification of the share resale program for financial management purpose, the share resale program is to be resold on the Stock Exchange of Thailand and number of the shares to be resold is 40,000,000.00 shares or approximately 2.64% of the total issued shares. The resale period is from March 14, 2022 to August 20, 2022. The information of the share resale program was previously disclosed in Share Resale Disclosure Form (Form TS-7) dated February 25, 2022.

Presently, The Company resold shares of 40,000,000.00 shares or 2.64% of the total issued shares. The total amount received was THB 129,739,204.00 Hereby, the Company would like to announce the end of the Share Resale program for financial management purpose.
