(b) On March 24, 2022, Franklin Electric Co., Inc. (the "Company") announced
that Dr. Paul N. Chhabra, an executive officer of the Company, has elected to
pursue an opportunity outside of the Company. Dr. Chhabra has served as Vice
President, Global Product Supply since April 2018. Dr. Chhabra will remain
employed with the Company until March 31, 2022.
