Frasers Property Limited Announces Changes in Composition of Board, Audit Committee, and Sustainability and Risk Management Committee

Frasers Property Limited announced further to the announcement dated 3 July 2023 on the appointment of Dr David Wong See Hong as a Non-Executive and Independent Director of the Company, a member of the Audit Committee ("AC") of the Company and a member of the Sustainability and Risk Management Committee ("SRMC") of the Company with effect from 5 July 2023, the composition of each of the Board of Directors, the AC and the SRMC will be as follows with effect from 5 July 2023.
