Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Co., Ltd. ("the Company") would like to announce that on 30 June 2022, the Company has completed the issuance of debentures No.2/2022, amounting Baht 3 billion. The issuance has been approved by the Executive Committee Meeting held on 18 May 2022, under the conditions approved by the 2020 AGM of Shareholders. Details of the debentures are as follows:

Interest Payment	Semi-annually on 30th of June and 30th of December every year throughout the
	term of debenture except that the last interest payment shall be made on
	maturity date. If the interest payment date does not fall on business day, the
	payment shall be made on the next business day.
