Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited ("Company") wishes to announce that, as Frasers Property Limited , the majority shareholder of the Company has made an announcement to the Singapore Stock Exchange regarding recent reports of a cyber incident involving the Company, the Company would like to inform that, the Company has already taken relevant measures to protect the Company's information system and data, and, the Company has made a preliminary assessment that the incident does not materially affect the business operations of the Company.
