References are made to (i) the announcement of FSE Lifestyle Services Limited (the ''Company'') dated 26 February 2021, (ii) the circular of the Company dated 19 March 2021 (the ''Circular''), (iii) the announcement of the Company in relation to the poll results of the EGM held on 9 April 2021 at 4:30 p.m. and (iv) the announcement of the Company dated 19 April 2021 in relation to, among other things, the Proposed Transactions and the Proposed Change of Company Name (the ''Announcement'').

Unless the context requires otherwise, capitalised terms used in this announcement have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement and the Circular.

CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME OF NON-HONG KONG COMPANY

The Board is pleased to announce that subsequent to the issuance of the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands on 9 April 2021 certifying the change of the official registered English name of the Company from ''FSE Services Group Limited'' to ''FSE Lifestyle Services Limited'', and the adoption of the Chinese name of ''豐盛生活服務有限公司'' as the dual foreign name of the Company in place of its existing Chinese name ''豐盛服務集團有限公司'', the change of Company's name took effect on the same day.

The Certificate of Registration of Alteration of Name of Registered Non-Hong Kong Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong on 26 April 2021, confirming the registration of the new English and Chinese names of the Company ''FSE Lifestyle Services Limited 豐盛生活服務有限公司'' in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance with effect from that date.

As disclosed in the Announcement, the change of the Company's name will not affect any of the rights of the Shareholders. All existing share certificates in issue bearing the former name of the Company continue to be evidence of the title of the shares of the Company and are valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery purposes. There will not be any arrangements for free exchange of existing share certificates of the Company for new share certificates bearing the new names of the Company. However, new share certificates of the Company will be issued only in the new names of the Company.

CHANGE OF STOCK SHORT NAME

The stock short name of the Company for trading in the Ordinary Shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from ''FSE SERVICES'' to ''FSE LIFESTYLE'' in English and from ''豐盛服務集團'' to ''豐盛生活服務'' in Chinese with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 7 May 2021. The stock code of the Company will remain unchanged as ''331''.
