FunPep Company Limited (TSE:4881) agreed to acquire Anti-Aging Peptide Co., Ltd. from Hironori Nakagami , Bio Site Start Fund L.P., Naotaka Hashiya, Chiyako Ueda, ReBeage Co., Ltd. and others on July 14, 2022. As per the teams of the deal 6,500 shares of the FunPep Company Limited will be allotted and delivered for each Anti-Aging Peptide share. Anti-Aging Peptide Co., Ltd. reported Net worth of JPY68 million, Total assets of JPY68 million, Operating loss(EBIT) of JPY1 million and Net loss of JPY 3 million for the year ended December 31, 2021.
