LAUNCH GUIDANCE 2021

GAFISA S.A. (B3: GFSA3; OTC: GFASY) ("Gafisa" or "Company"), in compliance with Article 157, Paragraph 4, Law No. 6.404/1976 and CVM Instruction No. 358/2002, as amended, informs its shareholders and the market in general that aiming at giving greater visibility and providing further information on the Company's strategies for 2021, we resume the disclosure of launch guidance.

LAUNCHES PROJECTION FOR 2021

RANGES FROM R$1.5 BILLION TO R$1.7 BILLION.

This projection represents approximately twice the

volume launched in 2020 by Gafisa.

Gafisa´s Management reaffirms its commitment to value creation to its shareholders through the current growth cycle marked by discipline, innovation and focus on results.
