In order to comply with (i) the Indonesian Financial Services Authority Regulation No.31/POJK.04/2015 concerning the disclosure of material information or facts by Issuers of Public Company, PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk (the "Company") hereby discloses the following information:

1.	Date of Event	: 5 August 2020
2.	Type of Material Information or	: The signing of Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU")
	Facts	among Indomobil Group and Nissan.

3. Description of Material Information or Facts

4. Effect of the relevant material event, information or facts towards the operational activities, legal, financial condition, or the business sustainability of the Issuer of Public Company.

• PT Nissan Motor Distributor Indonesia ("NMDI"), Nissan Motor Co., Ltd ("NML"), the Company, PT IMG Sejahtera Langgeng ("IMGSL") and PT Nissan Motor Indonesia have signed an MOU regarding the shares acquisition in NMDI, a subsidiary of the Company which currently 25% of its shares owned through IMGSL.

In such MOU it was agreed that Indomobil Group will acquire shares in NMDI, so that Indomobil Group will have a majority of shares in NMDI and Nissan maintaining its 25% ownership.

• Increase in company's income.
