GALLANTT INDUSTRY PRIVATE LIMITED announced that it will issue equity capital for gross proceeds of INR 650,000,000 on September 28, 2021. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Gallantt Ispat Limited. The company will issue the equity capital in tranches under different modes of subscribing, issuing and allotment of shares by GALLANTT INDUSTRY PRIVATE LIMITED and the mode of investment shall be decided as per the convenience of both the companies.

The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the investor.
