Hosun Kim signed a contract to acquire 9% stake in Virtualtek Corp (KOSDAQ:A036620) from etomato Co. Ltd., Tomato Investment Management Co.,Ltd. and Kiwon Han for KRW 5.3 billion on March 4, 2019. As per the terms, Hosun Kim will acquire 3.5 million shares at KRW 1500 each. Deposit of KRW 600 million will be paid on March 4, 2019 and the balance KRW 4.7 billion will be paid on March 21, 2019. etomato Co. Ltd., Tomato Investment Management Co.,Ltd. and Kiwon Han will sell 6.79%,1.36% and 0.85% stake respectively. Post-acquisition, etomato Co. Ltd., Tomato Investment Management will hold no shares and Kiwon Han will hold 0.77 million shares representing 1.95% stake in Virtualtek. The transaction is expected to be completed on March 21, 2019.
