Everlight Electronics Co. Ltd. agreed to acquire Wortmann & Filz GmbH & Co. KG from Hannover Finanz GmbH, GBK Beteiligungen AG, Managing Director, Jens Ahrens and others for €6.6 million.

Everlight Electronics Co. Ltd. (TSEC:2393) agreed to acquire Wortmann & Filz GmbH & Co. KG from Hannover Finanz GmbH, GBK Beteiligungen AG (HMSE:GBQ), Managing Director, Jens Ahrens and others for €6.6 million on June 25, 2013.

The purchase consideration will be payable in 3 installments. Wortmann & Filz reported revenues of €80 million for the year 2012. The transaction is subject to the approval by the regulation authorities.

On July 24, 2013, Federal Cartel Office cleared the transaction. Mayer Brown actted as legal advisor for Everlight Electronics Co. Ltd.
