GECI International S.A. (ENXTPA:GECP) announced that it has entered into term sheet with returning investor YA II PN, Ltd., a fund managed by Yorkville Advisors Global LP for private placement of up to 1,000 convertible bonds for gross proceeds of up to €10,000,000 on July 2, 2020. The bonds will have par value of €1,000. The company may receive the funding in 10 tranches of €1,000,000 each over 30 months.
The bonds may be redeemable in cash or in issue of new shares.
