Rome, January 13, 2020 - GEDI Gruppo Editoriale S.p.A. announces that its calendar of corporate events for 2020 is as follows:

- February, 28 - Board Meeting to approve the draft full - year financial statements as of December 31, 2019;

- April, 22 - Board Meeting to approve the report as of 31 March 2020;

- April, 22 - Shareholders' meeting to approve full - year 2019 financial statements;

- July, 24 - Board Meeting to approve the 2020 half - yearly report;

- October, 22 - Board Meeting to approve the report as of 30 September 2020.

Any changes to above dates will be timely communicated to the market.
