Results of the Inaugural Session of the Supervisory Board

Kalinovica, 28th January 2016 - GENERA Inc. (ZSE: VERN-R-A) hereby announces that on 28th January 2016 the Supervisory Board of the company Genera Inc. ("Company") held a session by circular voting by telephone. It has been affirmed at this session that the majority shareholder of the Company, Eurovet Animal Health B.V., pursuant to the provision of Article 18 of the Company's Articles of Association, has rendered a decision on appointment of Mr. Ian David Page as Supervisory Board member. By this appointment, the mandate of Ms. Zrinka Vuković Berić has ended. Furthermore, Mr.

Ian David Page has been elected as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board. It was also established that the Company's Shareholder's Meeting, held on 19th January 2016, has elected two new Supervisory Board members, Ms. Ana Hanžeković and Ms. Suzana Cross, for the period until the current mandate of the remaining elected Supervisory Board members (Ivan Majdak, Marcel Majsec, Franjo Gregurić and Mladen Vedriš) expires.

The authority for representation of the Company by the Management Board of the Company is amended in such a manner that the President and each Management Board member represent the Company individually and independently.
