President of the Italian Republic, Sergio Mattarella visits The Home of The Human Safety Net in Venice
Special meeting with the Head of State and Generali's social commitment at the Procuratie Vecchie
The President of the Italian Republic, Sergio Mattarella, visited the Procuratie Vecchie in Piazza San Marco, home ofThe Human Safety Neton Saturday, November 25th.Welcomed by Generali Chairman Andrea Sironi and Group CEO Philippe Donnet, President Mattarella explored the recently renovated building, a symbol of Generali's commitment as a Responsible Corporate Citizen.

During the visit, there was a focus on the objectives of the movement of "people helping people" and Generali's efforts to create a positive impact in the communities where it operates through The Human Safety Net.

The special meeting also allowed for an exploration of the interactive exhibition'A World of Potential',dedicated to the development of human potential. The President had the opportunity to appreciate the work of the foundation's NGO partners, who were there for the annual NetWorks summit.

The Procuratie Vecchie warmly welcomed President Mattarella, who emphasised the importance of initiatives such as those of the foundation, oriented towards the well-being of people living in vulnerable situations.

The meeting represented a significant moment between the highest office of the Italian State and Generali, which is committed to fostering a more inclusive and just society every day.
