Generation Pass Co.,Ltd. (TSE:3195) acquired Kannart Inc. from Kosuke Uesaka, Akiko Uesaka and Kazushige Mochizuki on September 4, 2018. A total of 222 shares will be acquired as part of the deal. Kosuke Uesaka, Akiko Uesaka and Kazushige Mochizuki will be selling 63.96%, 31.53% and 4.51% stake respectively. Upon completion of the acquisition, Kannart Inc will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Generation Pass Co., Ltd.
Kannart Inc. reported net assets of CNY 97.02 million, total assets of CNY 179.5 million, sales of CNY 505.96 million, operating profit of CNY 5.42 million and net profit of CNY 4.69 million as of March 31, 2018. Board of Generation Pass Co., Ltd resolved in favor of the deal on the same date. the transaction is expected to be closed by September 4, 2018.
