GENinCode PLC - biotechnology company focused on prevention of cardiovascular disease - American Medical Association grants current procedural terminology proprietary laboratory analyses code for company's CARDIO inCode-SCORE test for the risk assessment of coronary heart disease. The code is administrative and is designed to foster greater ease for medical professionals. "The grant of the CPT PLA code is an important step as we prepare CARDIO inCode-SCORE to enter early access programmes in the United States," Chief Executive Matthew Walls says.

Cindrigo Holdings Ltd - clean energy producer - Signs deal with Kaishan Renewable Energy Development Pte Ltd to develop, finance, build and operate geothermal power plants. First project duo will target is 20 megawatt project led by Cindrigo development companies on the Slatina 3 geothermal license in Croatia. "Under the framework agreement, Kaishan has been granted preferred partner and vendor status for each of Cindrigo's projects in Europe," Cindrigo adds. "The strategic long-term cooperation approach adopted demonstrates an efficient, cost-effective and best-practice approach to developing the geothermal sectors where Cindrigo operates, first in Croatia."

East Star Resources PLC - minerals exploration company focused on Kazakhstan - "Pleased" with results from drilling Talairyk project to test rare earth element presence. Results show "high grade intersections". Chief Executive Alex Walker says: "We are extremely pleased with these results which demonstrate high grade intersections and validate the historical reports on the Talairyk REE project and provide a strong indication of an REE deposit of consequential size and grade."

First Tin PLC - tin development company with advanced, low capex projects in Germany and Australia - Teams with BID Energy Partners, specialist in strategy, development and delivery of renewable energy projects, for feasibility study on renewable energy supply options for the Taronga tin asset in Australia. "The implementation of a renewable energy strategy is a critical element of becoming low carbon, or even carbon neutral, at the Taronga tin project and is in line with First Tin's strategy to maintain the highest ESG credentials," First Tin says. "Preliminary studies suggest solar power can be supplied for considerably less cost than grid or diesel power for the site. BID will also be considering strategic partners for building a renewable energy park at the site, supplying excess power back to the grid."

Triple Point Energy Transition PLC - infrastructure investor focused on energy transition - Reports GBP5 million debt investment in Innova Renewables, which is part of Innova Group, a solar, battery and energy storage systems developer. Triple Point adds: "The group has agreed to provide a GBP5 million development debt facility to the development arm of Innova, to help fund its development pipeline across the UK. The facility has a 12-month term and delivers contractual returns to investors that are materially higher than the group's target return of 7-8%, reflecting the flexibility of the group's investment strategy, which is advantageous in current market conditions," company adds.

NFT Investments PLC - Invests in non-fungible tokens - Says crypto assets as of as at April 2 amount to GBP27.8 million. NFT in March said it intends to publish quarterly updates in its crypto holdings, and to return value to its shareholders by way of a tender offer for its shares following the next bitcoin halving, expected around April 2024. Bitcoin halving refers to when the reward for mining the cryptocurrency is lowered.

NetScientific PLC - life sciences and sustainability technology investment firm - Reports on progress in year 2022. Notes including its venture capital firm EMV Capital, company has portfolio of 24 companies. Expects rise in fair value as at end of 2022. "H2 2022 saw a marked increase in activity, with several portfolio companies achieving significant operational milestones and key fundraisings," company adds. In addition, says search for new chair has "progressed well". NetScientific adds: "The board has met a variety of high calibre candidates and is working through a short list of further meetings in this regard. It remains on track to announce the appointment of a new chair ahead of the annual general meeting." Non-Executive Stephen Smith to leave board after seven years with company. Will not be up for re-election at annual general meeting, which is most likely to take place in June.

Harland & Wolff Group Holdings PLC- infrastructure projects operator - Welcomes decision from court in regard to Islandmagee gas storage project in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. No Gas Caverns Ltd and Friends of the Earth Ltd made attempt to "to strike out certain evidence" provided by government Department for Agriculture, Environment & Rural Affairs.
