BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of Getlink's share capital on January 26, following an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.

The American asset management giant said it held 27,519,316 Getlink shares on behalf of the said clients and funds, representing 5.004% of the capital and 4.11% of the voting rights of the parent company of Eurotunnel, Europorte and Getlink.
