Ghandhara Industries Limited reported earnings results for the year ended June 30, 2018. For the year, the company reported sales of PKR 16,772,383,000 against PKR 10,740,631,000 a year ago. Profit from operations was PKR 2,186,464,000 against PKR 1,471,262,000 a year ago. Profit before taxation was PKR 1,964,070,000 against PKR 1,246,625,000 a year ago. Profit after taxation was PKR 1,362,420,000 against PKR 796,013,000 a year ago. Basic and diluted earnings per share were PKR 63.95 against PKR 37.36 a year ago.
Ghandhara Industries Limited is a Pakistan-based company, which is engaged in the assembly, progressive manufacturing and sale of Isuzu trucks, buses, and pick-ups. The Company's product range consists of Medium-duty (F Series), Heavy-duty Vehicles (C Series), Light-duty Vehicles (N Series), Pick-Ups (D-Max). Its N-series Pickup and Trucks include NHR (4x2), NKR (4x2), NPR (4x2) and NPS (4x4). The Company's F-Series Trucks and Prime Movers include FTR (4x2), FVR (4x2), FVZ (6x4) and FTS (4x4). Its buses include NKR (Microbus), NPR and MT133. It is also engaged in vehicle body fabrication. It offers after-chassis solutions, such as bus bodies, front-end structures (FES), water bowsers, aluminum containers, half load body, high wall body, bottle carrier, mobile workshop, mechanical sweepers, troop carriers, mobile canteens, and dumper. The Company fabricates bodies for mining industry, military, transport, agriculture, beverage industry and exploration, among others.
