The Company controls the Majuba Hill District, a contiguous land position located northeast of Reno, Nevada. The Company’s flagship project is the Majuba Hill copper, silver and gold district located 156 miles outside Reno, Nevada, United States of America. Majuba Hill project is a porphyry copper project. The Majuba Hill property is 113 road kilometers (km) (70 miles) southwest of Winnemucca, Nevada, and 251 km (156 miles) northeast of Reno. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include Bam Bam Nevada, Inc., and 1429570 BC Ltd.
