Giga Prize Co.,Ltd. (NSE:3830) announces an share repurchase program. Under the program the company will repurchase 200,000 shares, representing 1.35% of the outstanding shares for ¥300 million. The purpose of the program is to increase the value per share in response to changes in the shareholder market and to implement agile capital policies in response to changes in the business environment.
The program will run until December 31, 2022. As of June 30, 2022, the company had 14,812,240 shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock) and 2,266,160 shares in treasury.
GIGA PRIZE CO., LTD. is primarily engaged in Internet-related services. The Company operates in two segments. The HomeIT segment provides Internet service provider (ISP) and security system service for condominium residents, and network services such as managed service provider (MSP) service and hosting service for corporations.
