Item 8.01 Other Events.

On June 9, 2021, GigCapital2, Inc., now known as UpHealth, Inc. (the "Company") announced that it has consummated its previously announced business combinations with UpHealth Holdings, Inc. and Cloudbreak Health, LLC, and has renamed itself as UpHealth, Inc.

A copy of the press release issued by the Company announcing the consummation of its business combination is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
