Soaring Eagle Acquisition Corp. announced that it has received $28.875 million in funding from Eagle Equity Partners III, LLC

On February 23, 2021, Soaring Eagle Acquisition Corp. closed the transaction. On the same date, the company entered into private placement warrants purchase agreement and issued 19,250,000 warrants for $1.5 per warrant for a gross proceeds of $28,875,000.
