The Board of Directors of GKE Corporation Limited (the
"Company") wishes to announce that its dormant subsidiaries
incorporated in Singapore, Van der Horst Biodiesel Pte. Ltd.,
VDH-UR Plantations Pte. Ltd., Van der Horst Enzyme Private
Limited (the "Subsidiaries"), had been struck off from the
Register of Companies pursuant to Section 344(4) of the
Companies Act, Cap.50 with effect from 9 October 2012 and
accordingly ceased to be subsidiaries of the Company.
The striking off of the Subsidiaries is not expected to have
any material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings
per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 May
2013.
None of the directors or the controlling shareholders of the
Company has any interest, whether directly or indirectly, in
the Subsidiaries.
