Global City NV : Current report No. 58/2015 of 28 September 2015. Information regarding a purchase of own shares in Global City Holdings N.V.

The Board of Directors of Global City Holdings N.V., a company organised in the Netherlands and existing under the laws of the Netherlands, with its registered office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (the 'Company'), acting in reference to the Company's current report No. 52/2015 dated 14September 2015 announcing a voluntary buy-back of the Company's own shares (the 'Buy-Back') and current report No. 56/2015 dated 23September 2015 regarding the number of the Company's own shares acquired under the Buy-Back until 23 September, hereby announces that on this date the Company was advised by the brokerage firm involved in the Buy-Back, i.e. IPOPEMA Securities S.A., that the transactions related to the purchase of 30,604 ordinary bearer shares in the Company executed between 22 September 2015 and 28 September 2015 (including the transactions regarding 28,207ordinary bearer shares in the Company which have already been settled as of the date of this current report).

As of 23 September 2015, the Company, together with its parent entities, held, directly and indirectly,51,104,930shares in the Company corresponding to 28,059,908 votesat the general meeting of the Company(as according to the provisions of Article 118 section 7 of Book 2 of the Dutch Civil Code, the Company is not entitled to exercise any voting rights attached to own shares).

As of the date of this current report, as a consequence of the settlement of all of the transactions executed between 22 September 2015 and 28 September 2015, the Company, together with its parent entities, will hold 51,135,534 shares in the Company corresponding to 28,059,908votesat the general meeting of the Company(as according to the provisions of Article 118 section 7 of Book 2 of the Dutch Civil Code, the Company is not entitled to exercise any voting rights attached to own shares).

The list of the transactions related to the purchase of 30,604 ordinary bearer shares in the Company executed between 22 September 2015 and 28 September 2015constitutes an attachment to this report.
