HONG KONG (AP) _ Global Cord Blood Corp. (CO) on Monday reported fiscal fourth-quarter profit of $19.5 million.

The Hong Kong-based company said it had net income of 16 cents per share.

The provider of cord blood banking services posted revenue of $46.1 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $77.6 million, or 64 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $177 million.

Global Cord Blood shares have climbed 53% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $5.67, an increase of 83% in the last 12 months.
