Global Links Corp. announced that the Government of the Sierra Leone has signed an agreement to host the manufacturing and distribution of the company's 'Butterfly House' factory-built homes. The agreement marks the official launch of Global Links' initiative to provide affordable, quality housing to underdeveloped countries worldwide.

The company will construct a factory in Sierra Leone that will mass-produce its homes, providing local jobs while reducing supply line costs. The factory is expected to be ready for full-scale production in nine months and initially produce 25 homes per week with the ability to produce 75 homes per week at maximum capacity. At this production rate, Global Links projects monthly revenue between $200,000 and $600,000 from its Sierra Leone facility.

Additionally, HFC Mortgage and Savings (SL) PLC has agreed to provide financing for the project's initial phase.
